Hot Wheels – AR game

The challenge was give the classic cereal gift with purchase a modern twist.

Teaming up with the ever-popular Hot Wheels brand, we created a unique augmented reality racing game activated by the cereal packaging and amplified by free 3D glasses. This was the first of its kind within browser.

The results were great, with over 42,000 visits in the first few weeks of promotional activity, and almost half a million visits in the first year.

Plus it stirred up plenty of banter in the office. I still hold the record time on the first level...booyakasha!
